Sullair Pressure Switch Differential Pressure Adjustment
The pressure difference is the difference between the maximum operating pressure and the minimum operating pressure, and is generally set to 10 psig (0.7bar). Sullair temperature sensor & Sullair pressure sensor are important monitoring components of the air compressor control system. The thermal element on the temperature sensor & pressure sensor senses the temperature and pressure changes of the air compressor system, converts it into a 4-20mA standard current signal, and transmits it to the Sullair controller computer board (monitor) for display. At the same time, this The signal is compared and calculated with the set value in the monitor to determine whether to send an alarm signal. Whenever you suspect that the sensor is malfunctioning, use other standard instruments to measure the correctness (pressure, temperature, etc.). If the reading is not correct, first check the wire joints or pipe joints. If the connector is intact, replace the sensor and recalibrate it with a standard meter. The controller computer board is equipped with pressure sensor and temperature sensor calibration software. This calibration method can affect the offset of the pressure and temperature calculation, but does not affect the slope of the conversion curve. Because of this, the correct method is to heat or pressurize the sensor to its operating value. If this is too difficult, you can calibrate at room temperature/atmospheric pressure. Calibration can only be done when the machine is shut down and the external control is released.
