There is a throttle hole on the one-way valve to prevent a large amount of compressed air from following the lubricating oil from the oil and gas tank into the air inlet cavity of the machine head through the oil return line. The diameter of the orifice is generally 0.5~1mm, which is very sensitive to dirt. Once blocked, it will cause a large amount of oil in the exhaust.
Once the exhaust gas is found to contain abnormal oil, the temperature of the oil return pipe should be checked first. If the temperature of the oil pipe is close to normal temperature, it indicates that the oil return pipe is blocked. Above the oil and gas separator is the oil return pipe. It is to return the oil inside the oil component to the nose. Otherwise, the exhaust port will run out of oil.
