The shell of the precision filter cartridge is generally made of stainless steel. The interior uses PP melt blown, wire wound, folded, titanium filter, activated carbon filter and other tubular filter elements as filter elements. Different filter elements are selected according to different filter media and design processes. In order to meet the requirements of effluent water quality. Precision filter elements are widely used in petrochemical, natural gas, coatings, paints, inks, bioengineering, automobile manufacturing, electronics, electroplating, food, beverages and other fields.
The precision filter element is a new type of multifunctional filter. It consists of two parts: filter and filter element. The liquid to be filtered is pressed in from the inlet of the filter, filtered into a clear liquid through the filter element through the filter layer from the outside to the inside, and then discharged through the outlet. Impurities are trapped in the deep layer and surface of the filter element, so that the liquid is filtered.
According to the types of commonly used filter elements, precision filters can be divided into the following types:
1. Ingersoll Rand PP filter element filter
PP filter element is also called PP melt-blown filter element. The melt-blown filter element is made of polypropylene ultrafine fibers by thermal melting and entanglement. The fibers randomly form a three-dimensional microporous structure in space. , Fine and fine filtration in one, can intercept impurities of different particle sizes. The accuracy range of the filter element is 0.5-100μm, and its flux is more than 1.5 times that of the peak room filter element of the same accuracy. Different types of end cap joints can be configured to meet the needs of various engineering installations.
Melt-blown filter elements are used in large quantities in water purification and have outstanding chemical compatibility. They are suitable for the filtration of strong acids, strong alkalis and organic solvents; they have strong dirt holding capacity, long service life and low cost. The structural feature of PP meltblown filter element is that the fiber fineness is relatively small, usually less than 10 microns, and most of the fiber fineness is between 1 and 4 microns.
2. Ingersoll Rand Filter element Wire wound
The thread-wound filter element filter is refined by winding the textile fiber yarn with good filtering performance on the porous skeleton. Its yarn materials include polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber, absorbent cotton fiber and so on. By controlling the tightness and dilute density of the yarn during winding, filter elements with different precisions can be made, which can effectively remove suspended solids and particulate impurities in various liquids, and have a high purification effect on various liquids.
