We are sorry to inform you that in order to comply with the control policies issued by governments at all levels in China for the COVID-19 outbreak in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Tianjin, Shaanxi and other places, Also with the impact of the war between Russia and Ukraine, production and logistics of Atlas Copco (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. and its production change (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) to varying degrees. Relevant regulatory policies and impacts include, but are not limited to;

The above policies directly affect the operation of our company and the production of the Wuxi factory, hindering the European and domestic supply chain and logistics speed. The specific impact is as follows:

• 1. Imported important parts such as machine heads imported from Europe are seriously delayed in customs declaration time after they arrive in China;
• 2. All imported raw materials need to be sterilized and left for 14 days after they arrive at the Wuxi factory;
• 3. The Wuxi Logistics Park is closed upon notification from the government, vehicles cannot enter for delivery, and finished equipment cannot be shipped.
• 4. Wuxi and Shanghai expressway sealing and control management, inaccessible:
• 5. Due to epidemic prevention and control, local governments in many cities in the Yangtze River Delta have adopted stricter control over the circulation of trucks. The situation is constantly changing, and the management and control policies are constantly changing, and the corresponding impact on logistics is also increasing; at present, the Asia-Pacific Logistics Center (RDC) has been completely closed and controlled;
• 6. due to the isolation risk brought about by epidemic prevention, local drivers cannot leave the market; some of the enterprises on the special line have entered a state of suspension; when vehicles from other places enter, the manufacturer needs to send someone to pick up the car at the expressway entrance, the driver will seal the door, and the seal will be added after loading, and the expressway will be sent out. • 8. Suppliers located in the epidemic-affected area of the Wuxi factory are unable to deliver on time, and the Wuxi factory will also make corresponding arrangements in accordance with the relevant epidemic prevention requirements of the Wuxi government.
